Pennington & Bailes will gladly accept exchanges or returns on items purchased directly from www.penningtonandbailes.com within 30 days of purchase and receipt provided the item is unused and unaltered. If you purchased your item at one our retail partner stores please refer to their return policy for guidance.

Exchanges: We will accept any unused Pennington & Bailes product purchased directly from www.penningtonandbailes.com for an exchange within 30 days of purchase and receipt provided the item is unused and unaltered. Simply mail your product back to Pennington & Bailes and be sure to include a copy of the original invoice or packing sheet. Please be sure to clearly state the item for which you want to exchange the product. If you would like to make an exchange for an item of greater value, include either a check or credit card number to cover the difference. Please be aware that exchanges will be processed as quickly as possible. When making an exchange of goods, please be sure to check on the availability of the desired product by calling customer service 1-800-960-2564 (Mon-Fri (9:00 – 5:00 PM EST)Although it is our goal to have every product in stock at all times, occasionally backorders do occur.

Returns: Pennington and Bailes will accept the return of any unused and unaltered product provided that the product was purchased directly from Pennington & Bailes at www.penningtonandbailes.com . To be considered for a full refund, there must be an original Pennington & Bailes invoice number. The refund will be made in the form of the original payment. Simply call our customer service department: 1-800-960-2564 (Mon – Fri 9:00 – 5:00 PM EST) for instructions on how to make your return. If you are requesting a credit to your credit card, please be aware that it may take up to one full billing period for it to appear on your statement.
